Before establishing CA South Development, Epstein worked as a project manager and owner's representative for high-net-worth clients, excelling in overseeing various high-end residential construction schemes. She also worked as a building process consultant, helping private clients build their dream homes by assembling skilled teams and overseeing construction. Epstein's career in real estate development culminated in the launch of CA South Development, where she continues to lead the company to new heights.
